Carrie Arnold, author of Silenced and Sidelined: How women leaders find their voices and break barriers, is the Principal for The Willow Group. Since 2011, she has owned and operated her own consulting business. Previously, she has 20 years of experience working in healthcare, human resources, training, and organizational development.
