Carrie Arnold, author of Silenced and Sidelined: How women leaders find their voices and break barriers, is the Principal for The Willow Group. Since 2011, she has owned and operated her own consulting business. Previously, she has 20 years of experience working in healthcare, human resources, training, and organizational development. She has worked for multi-hospital systems in leadership positions and teaches at the university level. As a coach, she has served within the federal government, all levels of education, healthcare, and private sectors working with over 500 individual and group clients. She works with a full spectrum of leaders, from new and emerging to the C-suite level.

Eileen Brewer has an interesting background, starting with 20 years of working at tech companies in Silicon Valley. From there she became an angel investor through Golden Seeds, where they only invest in female led companies. This led her to start delivering training to founders to ensure they provided pitch decks to meet investor expectations. She was soon hired as a contractor by International NGOs and US Embassies around the world to deliver presentations and workshops on STEM careers and entrepreneurship. In 2020 and 2021 she moved to Iraq and opened their first tech accelerator, the Takween Accelerator, still in operation today. In 2022, she moved to Virginia to run the 757 Accelerator.
